Kotak Securities

This office is located in Pradhanpara, which is part of the Budharaja area in Sambalpur. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it is a quiet spot to get some work done. We handle the Kotak Securities side of things here. The building is older, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. I usually get here early to open the windows and let some fresh air in before it gets too hot during the day. There are four of us who work here regularly. We have our computers lined up along the wall and a small table for people to sign their papers. It is a very low-key environment, no fancy suits or corporate talk, just us doing the daily data entry and talking to customers. Sometimes we have a problem with the printer, and we have to spend half the morning fixing it. The local postman usually stops by around eleven with the mail. We have a small fan that wobbles a bit on the ceiling, but it helps when the humidity gets high in Odisha. It is just a practical place where we show up, do what needs to be done, and then head back to our families. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t, just a local office helping out with the paperwork and keeping things moving.
