Iapgurgaon Under Nic Newdelhi

We are based in Sambalpur, right near the SBI Main Branch. Our office is actually within the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum. Anil Kumar Parida is the assistant programmer here, and we work under the Iapgurgaon setup which is connected to NIC New Delhi. It is a bit of a specific arrangement because of the government connection. The office is a typical government-style space with lots of files and old wooden desks. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We spend a lot of time on the computer systems, making sure everything is running for the forum. Sambalpur is a nice place, and being near the main bank branch means there is always a lot of activity around us. We don't have any marketing or sales goals. Our job is purely technical and administrative. We help with the programming needs and keep the records straight for the consumer disputes. Sometimes the systems are slow, and we have to spend time troubleshooting. It’s a quiet, steady kind of work. We don't have big meetings or presentations. We just sit at our computers and handle the tasks as they come in. It’s a very functional way of working. We’ve been here at the forum for a long time and know the routine inside out. We don't need any fancy titles or awards. Just making sure the computer systems work for the public is enough for us.
