Our office is situated in the Parabeda area, right on the 1st line in Jeypore, Koraput. We work out of a space connected to the Pattanayak residence. It is a local setup, very different from what you might expect for a big name. Here in Jeypore, things move at a bit of a different pace. We handle the local coordination and some of the community-related tasks for the company. The office is straightforward and practical. We have some old desks and a lot of logbooks. People from the area stop by often to talk or drop off papers. Being on the 1st line means we see a lot of what is happening in the neighborhood. We do not use much technology compared to the bigger city offices, but we get the job done. It is mostly about managing the local presence and making sure the small details do not get lost. The weather in Koraput can be a bit unpredictable, so we spend a lot of time making sure our records stay dry and organized. We have been part of this community for a long time now. We are not tucked away in some glass building; we are right here where people can find us easily. It is honest, daily work that keeps us connected to the ground. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to be helpful to anyone who comes through the door. There is always someone coming by with a question or a document.
