Sreekante Gowda

You can find us on Salem Main Road, right near the old bus stand. It’s a very busy part of town. There is always noise from the buses and people walking by. Sreekante Gowda is the name on the door, and we’ve been at this spot for quite a while now. Being near the old bus stand means we see a lot of different faces every single day. Some people are just passing through to the next town, and others have lived here their whole lives. Our shop isn't very large, but we make the most of the space we have. It’s a bit cluttered inside sometimes, but we know exactly where everything is located. The traffic on Salem Main Road can be a real headache in the evenings. We usually keep the doors wide open to catch a breeze, even if it brings in some of the street noise and dust. It’s a convenient location for anyone taking the bus. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or big posters. People just see our sign and walk in when they need something. We talk to our customers about the weather or the local news while we work on their orders. It’s a very grounded way to spend the day. We are just a small part of the hustle and bustle here. If you are ever near the old stand, you’ll probably see us there working away.
