Our shop is located at 2, Old Market Road, right on the 4th Cross Street. It is an old part of town, which is why the street names and layouts are a bit like that. We supply various industrial items to factories and workshops around this area. We have all sorts of things like nuts, bolts, specialized tools, and safety gear. The shop is filled from floor to ceiling with wooden shelves. It is a bit of a maze, but we have our own system for finding everything when someone asks. The street outside on Old Market Road is almost always crowded with people and carts moving about. We have been at this same spot for a long time. My father used to run things here, and now we just carry it on as best as we can. It is a very local business. We do not do much advertising; people just know we are here at the corner of 4th Cross. Sometimes the inventory gets a bit overwhelming, especially when a big shipment arrives and we have to find space for it all. We talk to the same customers almost every day. It is more of a community than just a place of business to us. We do not have a fancy office or any air conditioning. Just some old fans and a wooden desk where we keep the ledger. This basic way of doing things has worked well for us over the years. We just keep going.
