Kavet Impex

Our business is over at 162 Gandhi Nagar in Salem District. It is a fairly quiet area compared to the main part of the city. Kavet Impex is the name we use. Most of what we do involves handling different goods and getting them ready to be sent somewhere else. The office is very basic, just some old desks and filing cabinets that have been here forever. We do not really care about having a flashy office. Usually, it is just a couple of us working through the lists and making sure all the counts are correct. Salem is a good place for us to be because it has decent connections for moving things around. Sometimes the heat gets really bad in the afternoons, so we try to get all the heavy lifting done early in the day. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or just checking through piles of paperwork. It is not the most exciting work in the world, but it is what we know how to do. We have a small storage area behind the main office where we keep things before they go out. It is organized in a way that makes sense to us, even if it might look a bit messy to someone else. We have been at this for a while and we know the local transport guys well. It is just our regular daily life, keeping the business going and moving things along.
