L A Eden Aquarium

L A Eden Aquarium is right across from the Modern Theater on Argat Main Road in Anna Nagar. Being at number 15, we are in a spot where people often stop by after a movie or while they are out doing their shopping. The shop is filled with the sound of bubbling water from all the different tanks we have lined up along the walls. We spend a lot of our time cleaning glass, scrubbing algae, and making sure the filters are running like they should. It is a bit humid inside because of all the water, and there is always a faint smell of fish food in the air. We have all sorts of fish, from the bright little ones that kids like to the bigger, more grumpy-looking ones that sit at the bottom of the tanks. People come in with a lot of questions about why their plants are dying or why their water turned cloudy, and we do our best to tell them what we know from our own experience. We don't have a big corporate team; it is just us catching fish with nets and bagging them up for customers. Sometimes a tank leaks or a light bulb goes out, and we have to scramble to fix it before the fish get stressed. It is a small, slightly cramped space, but it’s home for us and the fish we look after every day on Argat Main Road.
