You can find our place at the J K Complex, specifically at 85/5 78G on the Omalor Main Road. It’s right in the Swarnapuri Annexe area. The main road is always packed with buses and bikes, so getting into the complex can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We’re tucked inside, away from the direct sun, which is a relief. Our space is filled with all sorts of things we’ve gathered over time. It’s not perfectly organized, but we know where to find whatever someone asks for. We spend most of our day talking to people who come in from the street. Some are just looking, others have a specific list of things they need for their own shops or homes. We have a couple of fans running all day to keep the air moving. The walls are covered with calendars and notes we’ve scribbled to ourselves. It’s a busy atmosphere, especially in the mornings when the new stock arrives. We have to carry everything up the stairs, which keeps us fit, I suppose. The Swarnapuri area is a good place to be because there’s always something happening. We aren't a big corporation; it’s just us working hard to keep the shelves full and the customers happy enough to come back. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up to a long day. We just close up at night, go home, and do it all again tomorrow.
