Hot Breads And Pizzas

You can find us right across from the HDFC Bank on Court Road. It’s a convenient spot for people who are working in the nearby offices or coming from the court. We spend most of our day in front of the ovens. It gets quite warm in here, especially during the lunch rush when everyone wants a quick slice or some fresh bread. We start early in the morning to get the dough ready. It's a small shop, so there isn't a lot of room to sit down, but people don't seem to mind. They usually just grab their food and head back to work. We aren't chefs with big hats or anything. We just know how to bake and we do it every day. Sometimes we run out of certain items if it's a busy Tuesday. The flour gets everywhere, on our clothes and on the counters, no matter how much we wipe it down. We try to keep things simple with the menu. We don't do anything too fancy. Just bread, some pizzas, and the usual stuff you'd expect. The door is always swinging open and shut. It’s a noisy little place with the hum of the fridge and the sound of the oven timers going off. We've been here for a while and most of the regulars know us by name. It’s just a basic bakery and pizza place where we try to keep the ovens hot and the food moving out the door.
