Mayur The Restaurant

We are located in the Payal Complex right in Himatnagar. If you know where the Civil Circle or the main bus stand is, then you have probably seen our sign. It is a busy spot because of all the people traveling through town. We get a lot of folks who just stepped off a bus and are looking for something to eat before they head to their next stop. The restaurant isn't very large, but we make the most of the space we have. We keep the fans running high because it gets quite warm in this part of Gujarat. The kitchen is always moving, with someone always chopping onions or washing dishes in the back. We don't have a fancy menu with words you can't pronounce. It is just the kind of food we eat ourselves. The staff knows most of the shopkeepers around the complex, so there is always someone popping in for a quick chat or a glass of water. We try to keep the tables wiped down and the water jugs filled up. It is a straightforward business. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to serve a decent meal and go home to our families at the end of the day. If you are waiting for a bus or just finishing up at the Civil office, you can find a seat here and relax for a bit.
