Fresco Restaurant

Fresco Restaurant is part of Hotel Aeon, which sits right on National Highway Number 8. We are in Himatnagar, specifically near the Sahakari Jin Cross Road. Being on the highway means we see a lot of travelers passing through. Some are driving long distances and just need a place to stop and stretch their legs. The hotel is easy to spot from the main road. We’ve been operating here for a bit, and it’s usually a mix of hotel guests and people just driving by. The cross road nearby stays busy with local traffic too. In the mornings, it’s quiet while we set up the tables and get the tea going. By afternoon, the heat hits and people come in looking for shade and a cold drink. We have a few regular truck drivers who stop here every time they are on this route. The building isn't brand new, but it works for what we need. We handle the usual daily problems like fixing a broken chair or waiting for the vegetable guy to arrive. It’s a straightforward life running a highway restaurant. We don't have a big fancy team, just a few of us making sure things run okay. Most of the staff lives in the villages around Himatnagar. We open early and close late because you never know when someone will pull off the highway looking for a meal.
