Asian Granito India Limited

Our place, Asian Granito India Limited, is located in the Kanti area, which is part of the Ceramic Industrial Zone in Himmatnagar. You can find us pretty easily because we are right near Hotel Ashirwad. It’s a busy zone with a lot of manufacturing going on 24 hours a day. We have a large site here because the equipment for making ceramics and stone products takes up a lot of room. The noise of the machinery is something you just get used to after a week or two. We have a lot of people working shifts to keep the production moving along. It’s a very practical environment. We don't spend money on fancy decorations for the lobby. Most of the space is dedicated to the actual work and storing the finished inventory. The trucks come in through the main gates all day long to pick up batches for different parts of the country. Being near the hotel helps out-of-town visitors find us without getting lost in the industrial maze. We try to keep things organized, but in a big place like this, there is always something that needs fixing or moving. It’s a grit-under-the-fingernails kind of job. We just focus on the output and making sure the loaders are doing their jobs right. It is a long way from a corporate office, it’s a real factory through and through where we just focus on the daily production.
