Shri Satguru Ram Singh Institute Of Paramedical Technology & Holistic Science

Located at number 87 in Akal Ashram Colony, Sohana, we’re right near the Eye Hospital. It’s a quiet enough area in Mohali, and we serve people from both here and Chandigarh. We focus on paramedical technology and holistic science, though those are just big words for helping people learn how to take care of others. Our building isn't huge, but we have the equipment needed for training. It can get a bit crowded when a new batch of students starts, and we’re always shuffling chairs around to make room. The instructors here have a lot of practical experience, so they aren't just reading from books. They’ve actually worked in hospitals and clinics. We don't have a fancy PR team or a glossy brochure. What you see is what you get. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure our students actually know what they’re doing before they go out to find jobs. Sometimes the plumbing in the old building gives us trouble, or the street outside gets blocked with traffic from the hospital, but we carry on. It’s a place for people who want to work in healthcare but don't want to deal with the pretense of a big, expensive institution. We’re just a local school doing our part to train the next generation of technicians and healers. The local bus stops just a short walk away, which makes things easier for everyone.
