Khushi Institute Of Commerce

We are located over at 4107 Sunny Enclave, which is in Sector 125 of Greater Mohali. If you know where Kharar is, we are right in that area. It’s quite close to Gyan Jyoti College, so there are always students walking around this part of the neighborhood. Khushi Institute of Commerce is basically just a few of us helping out with accounting, business studies, and things like that. The place isn't too hard to find once you get into Sunny Enclave. It is a growing area and it feels like there is construction happening every other day around here. We spend most of our afternoons here. The rooms have whiteboards and some old desks that have seen a lot of use over the years. We didn't want a corporate office vibe, so it feels more like a house. We see a lot of kids from the local Sas Nagar area. Sometimes parents drop by to talk about how their kids are doing in class. It gets pretty loud when a batch finishes and everyone is leaving at once. We usually have the tea kettle going in the back room during the winter months. Being near the college helps because the students find it easy to reach us after their regular classes. It is just a straightforward place where we teach commerce subjects without making things too complicated for anyone who walks in.
