You can find us at SCO-71 on the ground floor over in Sector 14, Chandigarh. Being on the ground floor is handy because nobody has to hunt for an elevator or climb a bunch of stairs to see us. We are right in the middle of a busy area, so there are always people walking past the front window. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and some filing cabinets where we keep everything organized. We’ve been around for a while and have seen a lot of students and families come through. Sector 14 is a familiar place for most people in the city, especially with the university nearby. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or polished brochures. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them where we are. The atmosphere inside is usually quite serious because people come to us for important things, but we try to be friendly. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the computer or talking on the phone. It’s just a regular office where we do our daily work. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just show up in the morning, open the doors, and help out whoever comes in until it's time to head home. It’s a practical place for practical people who need things done without any extra drama or noise.
