You can find Royal Touch Caterers over in Phase 2, Mohali, at Sco-14. We’ve been operating from this location for a good while and it has served us well. The office is pretty basic because we spend most of our time out in the field or in the kitchen. We aren't the type of people who like to sit around and talk about business strategies. We would rather just get the cooking done. Our team is a mix of people who have been in the food industry for ages and some younger folks learning the ropes. We do everything from corporate lunches to big family weddings. It involves a lot of lifting heavy pots and making sure the transport is sorted out. Mohali is a busy place and we try to keep up with the pace. Most of our customers are locals who know us by name. We don't bother with big billboards or glossy brochures. We just rely on doing a decent job so that people tell their friends. Sometimes things get a little messy when it’s a big event, but we always find a way to make it work. It’s a practical business and we take it one day at a time. The shop at Sco-14 is where we do all the planning and paperwork, though it’s usually buried under a few invoices. We just want to provide a reliable service to the people in our neighborhood without any unnecessary complications.
