Eating Point Marwaha Foods

Our place is at Scf-74 in Phase-2, Mohali, right near the Bassi Theatre. It’s a spot where things move fast, especially in the evenings when the movie crowds are around. At Eating Point Marwaha Foods, the kitchen is the heart of the whole operation. You can hear the tandoor being scraped and the sound of knives on chopping boards through the day. We don’t have fancy furniture or soft lighting, just sturdy tables and a floor that we have to mop constantly. There are usually a few bags of flour sitting near the back door and the fridge is always humming. We focus on the daily routine of prepping ingredients and making sure the burners are working. The staff wears aprons that have seen better days, and we are usually too busy to spend time on decorations. People come in, grab their food, and head out, or they stand around the counters while they wait. The air is thick with the smell of roasting meat and fresh bread. It gets quite hot in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and stay on top of the orders. We don't use a complicated system for tracking things, just a pen and a pad. It’s a straightforward food business where the main goal is to keep the kitchen running and the customers fed without any unnecessary fuss or delays.
