Club Cuisine Catering

Our place, Club Cuisine Catering, is at Scf-132 in Ph-7, Mohali. I’ve spent a lot of years walking through these doors. Phase 7 is a busy area, always people moving around. Most days start early with the smell of onions or spices in the air. The kitchen isn't massive but we make it work for us. It gets pretty hot during the summers. We have some old fans that hum all day. Scf-132 is just a standard building. We have the usual stuff like big steel pots and crates stacked up in the corners. It’s not a fancy office where people wear suits. We’re usually in aprons or just casual clothes. Sometimes the delivery vans block the back alley, which can be a bit of a headache. The neighborhood has changed, more shops opening up nearby. We’ve stayed right here though. It feels right. Mohali has a certain energy, especially in the evenings when the markets are full. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with slogans. We just get the food ready and out the door. If you’re looking for us, we’re easy to find near the main market stretch. It’s a noisy, busy, and sometimes messy place, but it’s our place. We just focus on the cooking and hope the traffic isn't too bad for the drivers.
