You can find us at Shop Number 45 A in the Durga State Market. We are right on Hospital Road in Kharar, which is a very active part of town. Being so near the bus stand means there is a constant flow of people walking past our door every single day. We handle a bit of everything here, from money services to sorting out travel plans for locals and people coming over from Chandigarh. The market can get a bit noisy with all the traffic and the horns, but we are used to it by now. It is a small office, nothing too grand, but we have everything we need to help people with their currency or their bus and train bookings. We usually start the morning with a cup of tea and a look at the latest exchange rates. Most of our day is spent talking to neighbors or travelers who just dropped in while waiting for their bus. It is a practical kind of place. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. People just come in, tell us what they need, and we see what we can do to help them out. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded when three or four people arrive at once, but we manage. It’s just how things go in a busy market like this one in Mohali. We try to be fast so people don't miss their buses.
