Akash Tour & Travels

Akash Tour & Travels is located right up on the first floor of Sco32 in Mohali. We are pretty easy to find if you are near the Franco Hotel in Phase 1. We’ve been running this travel office for a while now. It’s not a huge place, just a few desks and some maps on the wall. Usually, it's just one or two of us here handling the phones and talking to anyone who climbs the stairs to see us. Planning trips takes time, and we spend a lot of our day looking at schedules and figuring out routes that actually work. Things don't always go perfectly in travel, like when a bus is late or a hotel loses a booking, but we try to sort those things out as they happen. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, to be honest. We aren't trying to be some big corporate agency. We just know the local roads and the best ways to get from one place to another around here. People come in asking about tickets or tours, and we tell them what we know. Sometimes we just sit and drink tea with customers while we figure out their plans. It’s a relaxed atmosphere most of the time. Phase 1 is a busy area, so there is always something going on outside our window. We like being centrally located because it makes it easier for people to drop by.
