Our office is Shop No-1 on Landran Road in Landran. We are right opposite the SBI Bank, which is a landmark everyone in this area knows. We serve Mohali and Chandigarh from this location. Landran is a very busy junction, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside our door. We deal with various associate services, mostly involving paperwork and some consulting for local matters. The office is straightforward with a few desks and some chairs for visitors to use. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a fancy waiting area with expensive magazines. It’s just a place where people come to get their problems solved or their forms filled out properly. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or talking to people across the desk about their requirements. Sometimes we have to head out to the local government offices or the bank across the street, so the shop might be closed for a short while during the day. We keep a simple calendar on the wall to track all the different deadlines we have to meet. It is a very practical, no-nonsense environment for us. We have been in this spot for enough time that most of the local people recognize us when they walk by. We don’t believe in using big marketing talk or making grand promises. We just tell people what can be done.
