Kin Agro Rithal Producer Company Limited

We are Kin Agro Rithal Producer Company Limited and you can find us over at Rithal Narwal. It is a local place and most of us here have been living in this village our whole lives. Kulvir Singh and Dharam Singh started this whole thing because we wanted a way to handle our crops better. We don't have a big corporate building or anything like that, it is mostly just us working out of the address here at the village. The days usually start early before the sun gets too hot because that is when the work in the fields is easiest. We talk about what seeds to get and how to manage the water for the season. Sometimes it is hard when the rain doesn’t come on time but we manage somehow. People from around the area know us because we are all neighbors anyway. We just keep our focus on the agro side of things and making sure the produce gets where it needs to go. There is always a lot of paperwork to deal with which none of us really like but it has to be done to keep the company running. Kulvir takes care of a lot of that side and we all pitch in. We are just a group of farmers trying to make things work together. It is not always easy and some days are longer than others but we like being our own bosses here in Rithal Narwal. We hope to keep this going for a long time and maybe our kids will take over one day when we are too old to work the land.
