G D Goenka Public School is located over here in Rewari, specifically in the 123401 area. It is a big building and it takes a lot of effort to keep it running right. Every morning, the staff arrives early to get things ready for when the kids show up. There is a lot of noise once the students are in, which is normal for any school. We have different floors for different age groups. Some of the rooms have computers and some are just for regular subjects. The hallways are usually full of bags and shoes during certain times of the day. We have a playground area where the kids can play football or just sit around. It is nothing too fancy, just a practical space for them. The school day starts at a set time and ends when the sun is still high up. We deal with all kinds of weather, from the cold winters here to the rainy season. Sometimes the roof needs a bit of work or the walls need a fresh coat of paint. We just handle things as they come up. Most people in Rewari have seen the building at some point. It is a steady place. We do not have much to say other than we are here doing the job. The desks get scratched and the chalk gets used up, and we just buy more. It is a simple cycle that keeps the school going.
