Pratham School (Saraswati School)

We are over on Chhuriawas Road here in Rewari. Most people around here know us as Pratham School, though Saraswati School is the name on the papers. It’s a busy spot especially in the mornings when the sun is just coming up. Our building is right there, easy to find if you are driving down the main road. The gates open early and the staff starts arriving before the first bus shows up. We have been in this part of Rewari for a while now. The classrooms get quite bright during the day. We don't have fancy decorations, just the usual stuff you find in a school. Desks, chairs, and blackboards mostly. Sometimes the dust from the road blows in, so we spend a lot of time cleaning things up. The kids come from all over the neighborhood. We see the same faces every day and we know which parents are usually late for pickup. It is a noisy place when the bell rings for lunch. You can hear the shouting from the playground all the way to the end of the street. We try to keep things organized but schools are always a bit chaotic. That is just how it is. We focus on the lessons and making sure everyone has their books. It is basic work but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday every week.
