Ramadevi Public School

You can find Ramadevi Public School out on National Highway 9 in the Koheda area. We are part of the Rangareddy district, specifically 501511. Being near the highway means we get a lot of wind and the sound of trucks moving goods across the state. It is a bit of a drive if you are coming from the main city of Hyderabad, but for the people living in Koheda, we are right there. The school grounds are fairly open, which is nice compared to the cramped schools you see in the city center. We have a plain gate and a driveway that leads up to the main building. It is a practical setup. We do not have any big slogans or mission statements posted everywhere. We just focus on the daily routine of getting the kids into their seats and starting the lessons. The weather out here can be quite harsh, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are working and the water coolers are full. It is a very local operation. Most of our staff lives nearby, and we see the same faces every day at the gates. We deal with the usual school problems like broken desks or lost pens. It is just a normal, everyday school where we try to do our best with what we have. It is a quiet life on the highway most of the time.
