C A L Public School

The school is located at 1-50 Kapra Main Road. Being right on the main road means we are very much in the middle of the daily life of Kapra. You can hear the traffic and the horns from the street throughout the day. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of houses and small shops around us. The school itself has a gate that opens right onto the main path. Every morning is a bit of a struggle with the traffic while the kids are arriving. We have a simple setup here. The classrooms are filled with the usual stuff like wooden benches and chalk dust. It’s not a fancy private school with air conditioning in every room. We just focus on getting the teaching done. The teachers are often tired by the end of the day, but they show up every morning to start again. During the lunch break, the sound of kids playing can be heard blocks away. Kapra is a growing area, and we see more families moving in every year. We’ve had to make some repairs to the roof recently, and the playground isn't as big as we’d like, but we make do with what we have. It’s just a regular local school helping the kids in the neighborhood get an education. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and we just keep the doors open for the local families. The bell rings at the same time every day.
