Shankarpalle is where we are. We deal with crop science. It's mostly about helping the plants grow better in the local soil. We spend a lot of time out in the fields or sitting in the office at H.No. 2-57. Sometimes it gets dusty. We talk to the local guys about what they need for their crops. Singapur is a quiet place. It's not a big fancy office. We have some desks and a lot of samples lying around. People come by, we drink tea, we talk about the harvest. We've been here for a bit now. Our work is just practical stuff. We look at the seeds and the chemicals. Making sure things work for the ground here is the main point. It’s hard work when the sun is out, but that's how it goes in this business. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the area. We try to keep things simple. If someone has a problem with their yield, they just walk in. The door is usually open. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to keep the farms here healthy. It’s a lot of paperwork too, more than you’d think for a small place in Singapur. But we get it done. The seasons dictate our schedule more than any clock does. We're just here to help where we can.
