Kadele Agri India Private Limited is located over in Vanastalipuram. If you’re looking for us, we’re in the Tulip Block of Green Meadows, Flat No-306 on the third floor. It’s more of an apartment-style office setup, which keeps things feeling a bit more personal and less like a cold corporate environment. We work on various agricultural projects and trade from this spot in Hyderabad. Vanastalipuram is a nice area, and being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the neighborhood trees and traffic. We spend our days on the phone, on the computer, and sometimes out in the field meeting people who grow the food. The agri business in India is always changing with the seasons, so we have to stay on our toes constantly. We don’t have a massive warehouse or anything; we handle the management and planning side of things mostly. It can get a bit crowded in the office when everyone is there at once, but we make it work and keep the files organized. We’re a private limited company, but we don't act like a big corporation with fancy meetings. We’re just a small team trying to do our best for the farmers and suppliers we work with every day. Dealing with paperwork and logistics is a big part of what we do, but we try to keep the human element at the center of it all. It’s a steady job and we like the community.
