Being based in Ranchi gives us a bit of a different perspective than being in the bigger industrial hubs. We are right here in the capital of Jharkhand. It’s a city that’s growing fast, but it still has that relaxed feel in some parts, especially with the hills nearby. Our office here is pretty basic. We have the usual stuff—computers, some chairs for visitors, and stacks of papers that need filing. We don't spend money on making the place look like a showroom because that isn't really our style. We are more about getting the job done and going home to our families. The people working here have been with the company for a long time, so we know the drill. We don't need fancy missions or slogans to tell us what to do. We just look at what needs to be shipped or ordered and we do it. The traffic in Ranchi can be a bit of a headache these days, but once you get inside the office, it’s mostly just us working away. We talk about the local news or the weather while we work. It’s a very human environment, not cold or corporate at all. If someone walks in, they get a "hello" and we help them with whatever they need. It’s just how things are done around here. We like the honesty of a hard day's work without all the extra fluff or marketing.
