We are located at B.L. Sharma Qtr No. Cd-243 in Sector-2 of the HEC Colony in Dhurwa, Ranchi. This is a very specific spot in Jharkhand. Being in a colony like HEC means the surroundings are quite established and have a certain look to them. It is a residential quarter that we use for the Jindal Steel And Power Limited work. It is not your typical high-rise office experience. There are trees around and it feels more like a neighborhood. We have turned the rooms into working spaces where we keep all our records and equipment. It is a bit of a walk from the main gate sometimes, but it is a nice area. We deal with a lot of local coordination from this spot. The office can get a bit cluttered with papers and maps because we are always tracking something. We do not really have a big staff here, just a few of us making sure everything runs smoothly in the Dhurwa sector. It is a very grounded way to work. You won't find any corporate art on the walls, just calendars and maybe a few notes pinned up. We focus on the practical side of the steel business. It is about making sure the numbers in Ranchi match up with what the main office expects. We just take it day by day and try to keep things organized in our little corner of the colony.
