Grand Smithy Work International

We are based out of Ranchi, specifically over at Kanke Bazaar Tand on Kanke Road. Being in Jharkhand 834008, we see a lot of local traffic passing by. The bazaar is always moving and shaking, so there is never really a quiet moment outside our front doors. Grand Smithy Work International has been in this spot for a good bit now. It is a practical location for us even if it gets loud. We do not have a lot of extra space inside, but we make use of every inch we have available. The floors are a bit worn down from all the foot traffic over the years. Most days are just spent managing the various things that come our way. We do not spend much time on the computer unless we really have to. It is more about being on-site and seeing things through to the end. The road outside can get pretty jammed during peak hours, so we have learned to plan our days around that traffic. It is a humble setup. We have some old wooden desks and some files that have been around as long as the building itself. We do not have a receptionist or a big waiting area for guests. People usually just walk in and find someone to talk to. It feels like a real part of the community here. We know the shop owners next door and we usually get our tea from the same guy every morning. It is just a regular workplace in a busy part of Ranchi.
