Usha Martin Limited

We are located on Chesire Home Road in the Bariatu area of Ranchi. It’s a fairly well-known road, so most people don’t have too much trouble finding us. Our office is a bit of an older building. It has high ceilings and big windows that let in a lot of light. We like it here because it’s not right in the middle of the noisy city center, but it’s still easy to get to. Working for Usha Martin Limited keeps us pretty occupied. Our desks are usually covered in ledger books and notes. We don't have a cleaning crew that comes in every night, so we usually tidy up our own spots before we leave. It gives the place a lived-in feel. The staff here are a friendly bunch. We often share snacks in the afternoon and complain about the rain when it gets too heavy. Ranchi weather can be unpredictable, so we always keep an umbrella by the door. We aren't a corporate office with fancy glass walls. It’s more like a workshop where the main tools are pens and computers. People from the neighborhood often walk by and wave. It’s a nice, steady place to spend the day. We try to keep our filing system in order, though it’s a constant battle against the stacks of paper. It’s just a normal, hardworking office in a nice part of Jharkhand. We just do our work and head home.
