We are located in Chourasia Sai Market, right in the middle of the chaos in Ranchi. It’s a busy spot near Gorakh, and finding a parking space for the scooters is always a challenge in the mornings. The office is inside the market area, tucked away near Kaushalya Devi’s place. It’s loud out there with all the shoppers and other shopkeepers shouting. Inside, it’s a bit more manageable, though we don't have a lot of extra room. We deal with beverages, so there are always bottles and crates being moved around the floor. The stairs up to the market level are a bit steep, especially when you’re carrying something heavy. We’ve been in Ranchi for a bit now, and the weather here is usually alright, though the monsoon makes the market floor a bit slippery. We usually start the day by opening up the shutters and checking what needs to go out. There isn’t a big corporate team here, just a few of us making sure things run. We drink tea from the stall downstairs twice a day. It’s a practical setup. We don't have fancy furniture, just desks that have seen better days and a lot of paperwork piled up. People stop by to ask directions sometimes because we’re right there in the market. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation where we focus on getting the drinks to where they need to be. The fan hums all day and the light is a bit dim.
