Lemon & Ice

Lemon & Ice is tucked away on the 3rd floor of Springcity Mall over in Hinoo. It’s a bit of a walk up if you don’t take the lift, but we are right there once you get to the top. Ranchi can get pretty hot, so being inside the mall helps keep things a bit cooler for everyone. We mostly see people who are out doing their shopping or families who are just looking for a place to sit down for a bit. The space isn't huge, but we have enough tables to fit a decent crowd on the weekends. We spend most of our time getting the counter ready and making sure everything is stocked up. It gets pretty loud in the mall sometimes, especially when there is a sale or a holiday going on. We just keep our heads down and serve whatever people order. The staff here lives mostly nearby in Hinoo or other parts of Ranchi, so we know the area well. It’s just a regular spot to grab something cold or a quick bite while you are out. We don’t really do anything fancy with the decor, just some chairs and tables that are easy to wipe down. Most days are pretty quiet until the evening hits. We stay open as long as the mall stays open, then we clean up and head home to do it all again. It's a simple routine.
