We operate out of Road No. 2 in the Juran Chhapra area of Muzaffarpur, sharing our workspace with Sudhir Agency. It is a very busy part of the city, and the office is usually a hive of activity from early in the morning until late in the evening. We are not located in a big modern glass tower; instead, it is a more traditional building that has been around for many years. Inside, the place feels a bit like a maze with all the boxes and files we have stacked up against the walls. We use this location as our main hub for the 834 001 area here in Muzaffarpur. The desks are quite old and the chairs tend to squeak a bit when you move, but they get the job done for us. We do not have any flashy marketing posters or mission statements on the walls, just some old photos and the necessary business permits. Most of our day is spent talking to local vendors and checking on the status of our various shipments. It is a noisy place with people always talking or phones ringing, but that is just how business is done in this part of town. We have a small storage area in the back where we keep some inventory and basic tools. Our staff knows most of the regular customers by their first names, and we usually have a pot of tea going for anyone who stops by to chat. It is a simple, local operation run by people who live right here.
