We have been based at Ballabh Bhawan in the Nava Toli area for a good while now. It is situated right near the Jaipal Singh Stadium in Ranchi, so we usually hear plenty of noise whenever there is a match or an event going on at the grounds. This office is where we handle all our daily paperwork and coordination tasks. It is not a fancy setup by any means, just a practical place for our small team to sit and work. Most of us here grew up in Jharkhand or have lived in Ranchi for years, so we are used to the rhythm of the city. Usually, the office stays pretty busy in the morning hours, and then things quiet down a bit after lunch when people head out to various sites. We have some old desks and plenty of metal cupboards filled with files and ledgers. The stadium makes for a great landmark for anyone trying to find us since the small streets around Nava Toli can get a little confusing if you are not from around here. We just focus on getting our daily jobs done without making too much of a fuss. Sometimes the place gets a bit dusty because of the heavy traffic on the main road, but that is just part of working in this area. If you drop in, you will likely find a couple of us drinking tea and looking over the week's schedule. It is a solid, no-frills base for our local operations.
