Rahul Khan Builder Private Limited is based out of Aman Green City on Road No-6A. This is in the Pundag area. The business is run by the son of Abdul Majid, and it feels like a small family operation. Our office in Pundag is where we sit down to figure out all the building details for our projects. It’s a simple space, nothing fancy at all. We have our files, some old chairs, and a desk that’s seen better days. Pundag is an area that’s growing fast, so there is always a lot of dust and noise from new buildings going up nearby. We don't bother with expensive ads or a marketing team. People in Aman Green City know who we are, and word travels fast if you do okay work. We spend our time talking to suppliers about cement prices and checking on the guys at the job sites. It’s a lot of physical work and phone calls. We don't have any corporate polish or big slogans to show off. We just show up every day and try to get the building work done. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we’re happy to be doing it here in our own community. Most of our clients are just regular people looking to get something built, and we treat them like neighbors. We keep it straightforward and just focus on the bricks and mortar.
