Prachi Tea

Prachi Tea is situated near the Post Office in Argoda, within the Khunti Tehsil. Our shop is quite close to Argora Chowk, which is a major landmark for anyone living in this district. It is a very local setup here. We don’t have a website or any of those modern gadgets for the most part. We just have our shop where the tea is stored in large sacks and the smell hits you as soon as you step inside. The area around Argora Chowk is always full of life, with people coming from nearby villages to do their shopping. We see a lot of farmers and local workers who just want a good cup of tea at the end of their day. The building itself is older, and the walls are a bit stained from years of use, but it has character. We keep our records in big paper ledgers and we prefer doing business face-to-face. It is a simple life in Khunti, and we don't feel the need to change how we do things just to look more modern. When the power goes out, which happens sometimes, we just light a few lamps and keep going. Our customers know where to find us, and they know we are usually sitting on the bench out front during the quieter parts of the afternoon. It is just a regular local business run by people who live right here in the community.
