Mecon Ltd. Ranchi is tucked away in Millat Colony, Bariatu Basti. Our address is 834009. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, though it has its busy moments like anywhere else. We’ve been operating out of this spot for several years now. It’s not a big fancy office building, just a regular place where we get our work done. Most of the folks working here live nearby, so we know the area pretty well. We spend our days dealing with whatever comes across our desks. There’s always something to fix or someone to talk to. We don’t really go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We just talk like regular people and try to be helpful when someone asks. The office gets a bit dusty in the summer, and we spend a lot of time cleaning it up. It’s just how things are. We’ve got a few old desks and some computers that have seen better days, but they still work fine for us. We like being in Ranchi. The local market is close by, so grabbing lunch is easy. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that posted on the walls. We just come in, do what needs doing, and that's about it. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy enough to keep the lights on and the work moving forward every week. Sometimes we stay late when a big job comes in, but we usually head home around six.
