The area around Dhurwa is quite large and being near the Vidhan Sabha means there is always a lot of security and government vehicles moving around. H E C Ltd. has been part of this landscape for a long time. It’s not just a small office; it’s a whole section of the town that feels like it has its own history. The buildings are old and they have that solid look to them, like they were built to last forever. Working here, you get used to the long walks between different parts of the tahsil. It’s not a shiny new corporate park. The paint is peeling in some places and the trees have grown really tall over the decades. You see people coming and going for their shifts and there’s a sense of routine that hasn't changed much. We don't have fancy coffee machines or glass walls. It’s more about the heavy work and the sound of the machines in the distance. The weather can be quite unpredictable, but the work goes on anyway. Most of us have been around here for years and we know every corner of the place near the assembly building. It’s a bit of a maze if you are new, but for us, it’s just where we go every morning. It feels like a real community where everyone understands the value of a hard day's work.
