Our setup is right here in Jamshedpur, specifically at Quarter No. -28 in the Agrico area. It's a Type L5 place on Road No. 1. If you know Jamshedpur, you know how these residential colonies work. We’ve been operating from this quarter for quite some time. It feels more like a home than a stiff office, which is fine by us. Being part of Jindal Steel Power Ltd means there is always something happening. There’s a lot of steel history in this town, so we fit right in. The road outside is usually quiet until the shift changes. We handle the local coordination and some of the site-related tasks from here. It gets dusty, and the fans are always on, but the work gets done. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights. Just a door and some people working inside. Most of us have lived in the Post-Agrico area for years. It’s a tight-knit community here. You walk down Road No. 1 and you see the same trees and the same neighbors every day. We don't use fancy jargon or try to impress anyone. We just focus on the steel business and making sure everything runs as smooth as it can. It’s a practical way to run a branch. Some days are slow, others are a total mess of paperwork, but that's life. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the logs are updated and the local calls are answered.
