Our business, Bhomia Foodworks Private Limited, is right in the middle of Doranda Bazar. If you’ve ever been to Doranda in Ranchi, you know how the market feels. It’s crowded, it’s lively, and there’s always the smell of something cooking or the sound of people bargaining. We are right in the thick of all that. Our space isn't very large, but we’ve packed it with everything we need to keep things running. Working in a bazaar means you have to be ready for anything. Some days the rain turns the lanes into a mess, and other days it’s so hot you can barely move. But we’re always here. We focus on food works, which keeps us busy from the moment we unlock the doors. There’s a lot of prepping, cleaning, and organizing that happens behind the scenes. We don’t have any polished corporate mission or anything like that. We just want to make sure the food we handle is handled right and that the shop stays in order. We know the other vendors around us, and we all kind of look out for each other. It’s a real community here in Doranda. People come to the bazar for the variety, and we’re just one small part of that. It’s hard work, and our hands are rarely clean for long, but it’s what we do. We’re just local people running a food business in a place we know well and see every single day of the year.
