A Q Beverages Private Limited is situated over near the Devi Mandap in Tupudana. We work out of Atish Kumar Sahu’s place. It is a convenient landmark because everyone knows where the Mandap is. We handle beverage production and distribution from this spot. It is a modest setup. We do not have a big gate or a security guard at a desk. You just walk in and find us working. The area around Tupudana is growing, but it still feels like a small town in many ways. We spend most of our time dealing with suppliers and making sure our stock is right. It gets hot in the summer, and the fans in the workspace just move the warm air around, but we get through it. We are not a massive factory. It is more of a hands-on operation where everyone knows how to do every job. If someone is out sick, someone else just jumps in. We use local water and local labor. It is a straightforward business. We do not have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just make the drinks and sell them to whoever needs them. Sometimes we sit by the Mandap in the evening after we close up for the day. It is a decent place to run a company. We just keep our heads down and try to do a solid day’s work without any drama or unnecessary complications. It is just about getting the bottles out the door.
