Sanskardhanni Farmers Producer Company Limited is situated at House No. 01 in Village Rangkatera. We get our mail at the post office in Saloni, which is just down the way in the Khairagarh block. Being in a small village like this means we’re really connected to the land and the people around us. The office is right at the start of the village, so we see everyone passing by on their tractors or bicycles. It’s a simple life here. We don’t have much in the way of high-tech gadgets or fancy software. Most of our work is done with paper, pens, and a lot of face-to-face talking. We sit on the porch sometimes when the weather is nice and discuss what needs to happen next for the season. The house is old but sturdy, and it serves us well for what we need. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine; we just make tea on a small stove in the back room. Sometimes the goats from the neighbor’s house wander a bit too close and try to eat the shrubs, but we don't mind much. It’s all part of being in Rangkatera. We handle the farming business as it comes, trying to stay on top of the seasons and the market prices. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know best. We’ve been part of this community for a long time, and we plan to stay right here.
