Mor Sangwari Farmers Producer Companylimited is based out of Avanti Chowk in the Vavsayik Parisar. We are in Shop No. 04 in Barbaspur. This is in the Rajnandgaon area, and being in a commercial complex like the Parisar means we see a lot of other small business owners every day. Our shop isn't very large, but it serves its purpose for the work we do. We work directly with farmers from the surrounding villages. Usually, there is a lot of mud on the floor during the rainy season because people come in straight from the fields. We don't mind it. It shows that real work is happening. Rajnandgaon is a good place for a farmer producer company because the soil around here is rich and people are hardworking. We spend our hours discussing crops, seeds, and how to get better prices. There is no air conditioning, just a ceiling fan that works most of the time. We have a ledger and a few computers to keep track of everything. It is a humble setup. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write glossy brochures. We just talk to the farmers who walk through the door of Shop No. 4. It’s about as local as it gets.
