Panabaras Raj Farmers Producer Company Limited is located at House Number 61 in Ward Number 1. That is in Kodemara, near the Dangarh post office in the Mohla Tehsil of Rajnandgaon. It is a bit of a trek to get out here, but this is where the farmers are. The office is basically a house where we meet to talk about the business. It is simple, with a few chairs and some registers on the desk. We are all from this area, so we know the land well. In Rajnandgaon, the soil and the water are what matter most. We spend a lot of time out in the fields and then come back here to sort out the logistics. It is not a fancy setup. There is usually some tea being made and people coming in and out to chat. We do not go for big speeches or polished presentations. We just talk about what needs planting and how we are going to sell it. Working in Mohla means being part of a tight community. Everyone is involved in agriculture in one way or another. We just wanted to have a proper name for what we were already doing. The building is easy to find if you know the ward. We have been here for a while and do not plan on going anywhere. It is just us doing what we have always done, just a bit more organized now.
