V.R Engineering

V.R Engineering is situated in the Metoda GIDC Industrial Area. We are right by the second gate, on Galaxy Pan Street in Lodhika. If you’ve ever been to an industrial area, you know what it’s like. There are trucks everywhere and the sound of metal hitting metal is pretty much constant. Our workshop is on Galaxy Pan Street, which is a busy little stretch. We spend our days working on various engineering tasks. The floor is concrete and usually has some oil spills that we try to clean up but they never quite go away. We have a few lathes and some welding equipment that keep us busy from morning till night. It’s a noisy environment, so we often have to shout to be heard over the machines. The air smells like burnt metal and grease, which is something you just get used to. We don't have a fancy reception area with a secretary. If someone comes to see us, they usually just walk right into the shop floor. We just focus on getting the job done without any unnecessary fuss. Lodhika is a good place for this kind of work because everyone around us is doing something similar. We help each other out with tools or advice when needed. It’s a hardworking community and we are glad to be a part of it.
