We’ve been out here on the Ribda Kotada Sangani Road for a while now. The facility is at Survey No. 454 1P-15, right in Arodi. If you’re driving toward Kotada Sangani, you’ll find us at Plot No. 1. It’s a busy place. Most days we are just busy sorting through different spices and getting everything packed up. There’s always a strong smell of cumin or chili in the air, which we’ve mostly gotten used to by now. It isn’t a fancy office or anything like that. It’s a workplace where people come in early, do their jobs, and head home. We handle a lot of bulk orders here. The machines can be a bit noisy in the mornings when things get moving. Most of the staff comes from the local area around Arodi. We just try to get the quality right because that’s what matters at the end of the day. It gets dusty sometimes, especially when the wind picks up off the road, but that is part of working in this part of the country. We don’t really have a big sales team or anything. It is mostly just the production floor and the storage area. People know where to find us if they need spices for their business. We keep things pretty straightforward and don’t spend much time on fancy talk. Just work and spices every day until the sun goes down and we lock up the gate and head off.
