Utsav Events

We are based over in Rajkot, right on the 150 Ft Ring Road. That road is always busy, so there is constant energy around our place. Utsav Events is basically us helping people out when they have something to celebrate in the 360005 area. We have been around here for a while. Handling events means we are usually working when everyone else is out having fun. It involves a lot of lifting, moving equipment, and making sure the stages are where they should be. We do not have a big corporate team; it is just a few of us who know how to get things organized. Sometimes the weather in Rajkot does not cooperate, especially when the wind picks up on the Ring Road, but we find a way to manage. Our days are never really the same. One day we are looking at flowers and the next we are talking to different vendors. It gets a bit hectic sometimes with the phone calls and late nights. We try to keep things simple and just do what we are asked to do. People in this part of town know where to find us if they need something for a wedding or a small local gathering. It is a practical business and we like it that way. We just keep going one day at a time, making sure things are where they need to be.
