Sahaj Caterers & Event Managment is located at Somnath-2, Seri No 1. We are right on the 150 Feet Ring Road in Rajkot. You might know the Lacky Park area, we are right there. Our place is usually smelling like spices and cooking. We have a big kitchen area because that’s where the main work happens. Catering is a lot of prep work. We spend hours chopping vegetables and getting the big pots ready. Then there is the event management side where we have to make sure the tables are set right. It's a lot to keep track of. The 150 Feet Ring Road is a very busy street so there is always a lot of noise outside. We don't have a corporate office with glass walls. It’s a practical space where we can load our vans and store our catering gear. We have a small group of people who have worked with us for a long time. We mostly get our work through people who have eaten our food before and liked it. We don't do much in the way of advertising. We just focus on getting the ingredients right and making sure the food is hot when it gets to the table. It’s a busy life but we enjoy being part of people's celebrations in Rajkot. Every day is a different menu and a different venue to visit. We just keep the kitchen moving and the orders flowing out as fast as we can.
